    Haye vs Macarinelli

This would be a good fight and should be made.

This would be a good boxer vs puncher bout. Macarinelli has undoubted power but I reckon his chin isn't up to much. If Haye hit him - he'd go down IMO. Can Haye take Enzo's power? Dunno.

I'd go for Haye with a late stoppage if the fight gets the green light.

Shame that Warren doesn't want it to happen though. I wonder if that's coz he doesn't want his meal ticket - I mean Macarinelli - to lose his belt. Warren's probably looking around to see if there's a reality tv star available for Enzo to knock over........:whatever:

    Macrinelli.

Haye is more style over substance. Talks a good game but not much else.

Yes i saw his last fight and i thought he was extremly lucky to win it. He had some very, very nasty cuts.

This is a fight that MUST happen. It'd be a great fight IMHO. Both fighters have question marks hanging over them with regards to their chin and Stamina respectively. Both also hit extremely hard so it'd be hard to see the fight going the distance. Id go for a David Haye win in 9 rounds. It's a shame that Frank Warren decided to call Haye out and then when Haye duly offered to fght Macrinelli in a non title fight just to get the fight going Warren **** himself and said the fight wouldn't happen. All Warren cares about is making money he's not interested in making the fights that the fans want to see and that's the reason Hatton left him. He used his ****ty cloumn in the news of the world to call Haye out and the reason for that was not to get the fight going but to make Macrinelli seem bigger than he is.

Hmmm not a fight that excites me to be honest. I think that Hayes is very overrated, and Enzo is very average at best. Both can hit quite well, so it going the distance if it came about, would not be an issue methinks.

I think Hayes would win, in a fight that would be a carbon copy of Ordinary Harrison's fight against Williams. The more skilled fighter looked scared to fight until he opens a cut on the sluggers face.

I think it would be over by or during round seven.

All depends on what kind of cash is flashed in front of that parasite Warren though.

Haye is still looking for this fight - and wants it signed before January 7th.
            But will it happen?

Seriously - I'd love to see this fight but I'm not traipsing to Cardiff or London to watch it.

Frank Warren tried to make it out that Haye turned a fight with Macarinelli down but David Haye has called his bluff. Who's ducking who? We'll find out soon enough.

Frank Warren also went on to say that he's never been more confident of one of his fighters winning and that if by some stretch of the imagination David Haye won the fight Frank Warren would retire from boxing...I hope to god he stays true to his word but I doubt he will.

Cardiff I hear. On the undercard of the Calzaghe fight although it warrants it's own event IMHO.

If Calzaghe would have been fighting a decent named fighter I'd have probably said yes. But there's no way on this earth I'm giving my hard earned dosh to a **** like Frank Warren when he's clearly not interested in matching Chicken Joe with one of the big boys.
Also - Calzaghe has dropped right down in my estimation for agreeing to this farcical event.

Looks like the fight pencilled in for April 7th has been shelved.

Haye's manager is still keen to make the fight happen but Warren is blaming Haye's camp for moving the goalposts.

                          I know who I believe.

Frank Warren is terrified of losing his meal ticket. He'll probably put Macarinelli in with some bum that can't even punch.
