Paul Anderson and Scott Carson signed improved contracts at Liverpool before they travelled with Rafael Benitez's first-team squad to Switzerland.
Anderson, star of Liverpool's FA Youth Cup-winning side last season, has penned a new four-year deal while Carson - England's third goalkeeper in their World Cup squad - has agreed a five-year deal.
Winger Anderson, who celebrated his 18th birthday on Sunday, has figured in both of Liverpool's first-team friendlies this season.
He only joined Liverpool from Hull in January in a swap deal with John Welsh after a successful trial period. The youngster was released by West Brom when Adrian Boothroyd - now Watford boss - was in charge of the Baggies' youngsters.
But Benitez recognised Anderson's potential and saw him score a fine goal in the friendly at Wrexham earlier in the month. Anderson has signed what is effectively a three year extension to his current deal.
Carson is likely to be Liverpool's second-choice goalkeeper next season after he signed his new contract.
The 20-year-old had a spell last season on loan at Sheffield Wednesday, who have been trying to extend that deal this summer.
Portsmouth have also been trying to sign Carson on a season-long loan, but with the prospect of Jerzy Dudek being used in a possible transfer swap shortly, the opportunity is there for Carson to assume the role as Jose Reina's understudy.
