View Full Version : Fabregas's amazing foot

So Fabregas gets challenged and studs go down his leg. He injures his foot and is carried/limps as slow as a slug looking like he doesn't even have a foot and slowly makes it off the pitch - that's is the end of his night. Then he runs on to the pitch and starts leaping about all over the place with clearly no discomfort including some crunching challenges and pushing and shoving off the ball.

Later, when interviewed he has some huge ice pack and bandages around his leg but when they ask about the injury both Cesc and Henry start pissing themselves with laughter especially when asked if he will be ok to play against Man U.

Maybe I am being overly paranoid but I am convinced that there was nothing ever wrong with his foot. Cheating little b'stard!

Arsenal feel they are the best team in the world at the moment.

Feelings can be misleading as in this case.

I think they are not far wrong. Played today for almost the entire match with 10 men and never looked like losing or even being forced to a draw. I honestly can't think of too many teams playing better than them right now and saying that pains me.

We'll see when they come to Anfield for our league match later this season. :handshake:

I have to defend Fabregas. He's the only Arsenal player I'd love to see playing for us and he's far from bein a cheating bastard. Brilliant little footballer.

I say fair play to him, he did nothing wrong, play acted a little, but it worked in his favour, he stole a march by convincing everyone he was injured. He won a psychological battle and commited no foul.

As long as Reina is in goal, we have a good chance!

No. No we cant. Just like we dont lose 2 Cup Finals in one season.

I like Fabregas actually, top player.
Some of his touches yesterday was pure class for a 20 year old.
To his defence his was stepped on by Tugay and got his knee caught.
Sometimes players fear the worse with injuries then it turns out ok so they get up and continue playing.
