Looked stronger as the World Cup rumbled along to a conclusion. He had a bad season last year for Juventus, I think the jury is out on whether he can consistantly reclaim his status as one of the best midfielders in Europe.

I'm glad he's gone there - wouldn't of wanted to go the scum, he's the sort of player they are screaming for. Vieira and Carrick together would of improved their centre mid 10x
