Have you taken a look to see how close it is at the top ? There are 8 teams looking for automatic promotion going into March. :respect:

P GD Pts
1 West Brom 35 23 63
2 Derby 34 9 63
3 Birmingham 33 18 61
4 Sunderland 35 16 60
5 Southampton 35 17 59
6 Cardiff 35 14 59
7 Preston 34 12 59
8 Wolverhampton 35 3 59

West Brom drew away at Leicster but still went top.
Derby lost for the second time in a week.
Birmingham lost at lowly Hull.
Sunderland are the form team and won against Derby today.
Southampton are there - almost unnoticed (Burley - good manager).
Cardiff are back in contention after whupping Preston 4-1
And Wolves are 4 point off the top after a poor start to the season.

I'm gonna stick my neck out and say West brom and Sunderland will go up automatically and Derby will come up via the play-offs.

Who dya fancy?

Sunderland and WBA are definitely the form sides in the League. A few of the top teams are yet to play each other so who goes up could become apparent in the next few weeks.

Personally I’d like to see Cardiff go up.

I fucking love this. Great shout Les.

To be honest it makes me a bit jealous - I wish our division was like that.

It's a fantastic race in that league. I backed Birmingham at the start of the season and I'd probably just about stick with that at the minute.

I love Midlands derbies, after North West derbies of course, so for me sentimentally, it would be:

Preston
West Brom

Wolves by the playoffs.

Realistically, I think it might be:

West Brom
Brum

Sunderland via the playoffs.

Really, i'd rather we where 40 points clear with the scum, the chavs and the barcodes languishing in the bottom 3. :jizz:

Birmingham & Derby to go up. Brum got 2 games in hand so I fancy them winnin' the league.
As for the playoffs, I'd like to see Preston move up. They have played good football this season.

Id take Birmingham to win it and Sunderland as runners up.

The play off winners would depend on who hit form near the end of the season, but Id take Cardiff to beat Wolves in the final.

I would like that top three to go up and Watford, West Ham, Charlton to go down. Purely for selfish reasons that the three coming up are a lot closer and cheaper to get to than the three going down :haha:

Derby and Sunderland up automatically.

Southampton to win the playoff final.

As long as Southampton go up (my old man's a fan) and Birmingham stay where they belong (ie not in the Premiership) then I'll be happy.
