I Brasil går det litt hardere for seg og i helga ble to Palmeiras-fans arrestert av politiet, etter at de planla å kaste en granat mot en buss full av rivaliserende supportere fra Cruzeiro.

De to supporterne, begge i 20-åra, ble stoppet ved et kontrollpunkt på motorveien, etter Palmeiras 3-1-tap mot Cruzeiro i Sao Paulo, melder nyhetsbyrået Associated Press.

Supporterne hadde med seg en amerikansk granat og har i avhør innrømmet at de skulle kaste den mot en buss som fraktet Cruzeiro-fans tilbake til byen Belo Horizonte.

De to supporterne fulgte etter bussen etter at den forlot Palestra Italia-stadion i Sao Paulo.

Short translation:
Brazilian police arrested two Palmeiro supporters after the were caught with a grenade. The plan was to throw the grenade at bus with Cruzeiro supporters in their way back from the game.

So maybe running on to the pitch isn`t that bad after all?

Agreed rodo - watched a few of them, he's a tit danny dyer but the show is very interesting and much better than the english version. I watched the Turkish one with the Galatasaray and Fenerbache fans and last night they had the roma v lazio derby. Absolute nut cases and more than enough evidence in them programmes to tell UEFA to **** off. Granted we have our own problems in this country, but nothing like the scenes at football matches across Europe.
