FORMER England striker Robbie Fowler is expected to arrive in Sydney tomorrow before heading north to attend the inaugural A-League champion's pre-season training camp in Maroochydore, Queensland, club sources said today.

He scored 14 goals in 30 appearances for Leeds and 20 in 79 matches for the Sky Blues before returning to Liverpool in 2006, since when he scored eight in 30 appearances.

Fowler also scored seven goals in 28 appearances in England.

I want Robbie to retire, but if he is to play on i would like it to be overseas. I go to New York a lot so the Red Bulls would be ideal and i'd quite like a Red Bull shirt with Robbie's name on. But Sydney is a bit too far! And if goes to Cardiff, well thats just gay.
