I've just come back from this game, sitting in the Cypriot end obviously. Poor performance by our boys - was very surprised that they put no pressure on Spurs at all, no hassling or harrying, no pressing. In fact Spurs did more closing down than our boys did, which should never be the case. Also, those crazy 5 mins at the end of the first half did for us. Switched off, lost our heads andlet in some sloppy goals. Disappointing thing is apart from 2 goasl, one from Keane and one from Defoe, Spurs didnt earn their goals at all. Poor marking from set pieces cost us. At least we scored though.

Just like to say I'm disappointed with the antics of the moronic chav Spurs fans. One of them was deliberately trying to incite us with a Turkish flag (where were you tonight KDDDD? ) and some of our fans went for him. Luckily the stewards acted quickly and ejected the clown. Some of their chanting (when it wasn't so mind-numbingly predictable - "who are ye", "I'm Tottenham til I die", "you're not singing anymore" etc) was below the belt and uncalled for.

                Sad to say you're right.

I also thought some of our fans chants of "Arsenal, Arsenal", and "3-1 to the Arsenal" (which I did not partake in) were pretty cheap, but what do you expect when Spurs fans spend most of their time singing "Stand up if you hate Arsenal".

They are the Everton of North London, sad to say. They are bitter and always think they are better than their neighbours but with nothing to prove of it.

The thread title seems neither warranted nor accurate.
                            .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

Correct. At first glance I thought they were down 4-0 at half time, which is also a more likely scenario these days.
