The spurs board have screwed this one up very big time.
They were convinced Berbatov was going to leave and bought in his replacement for 16.5 million. They now have him on the bench.
Then after a few bad results they made it public that Jol does not have the confidence of the board. Now the players know that they are playing for a manager who could go any time.
