I was expecting a good early start from them to be honest, as soon as del boy redknapp was given a russian wallet to play with. Once the season is into full swing though, and tactics come more into play, they will drop like flies

Fantastic to see them do well though for a change, but hope it won't last!

I like Redknapp and I like watching his sides. They do try to play some football. I wouldn't have minded him as England manager instead of McClaren. His problem has always been spending what little money he has had on risky signings. Now that he has had a bit of cash, the team isn't doing too badly.

As long as they finish behind us, I have no problem with Pompey!

I was watching this game... To be honest, I think Carson would have save the shot from Lua Lua. It wasn't that powerful + I think he didn't hit the ball very well. However, it went in and Charlton were never going to score. They were awful!

I think Portsmouth stole Lady Luck from us.
