For your cut Ronan, I'll try and post some horsey tips from a work colleague who's fairly nifty at picking out winners (mostly favourites, but he did get me a 10-1 winner at Listowel last week at a tenner on).

He's 64, and studies the racing pages and the racing websites all day long and he's had at a winner at least every second day over the last three weeks, and he doesnt pile on the bets each day, just tries to pick one good one. So hopefully I might have some titbits to post over the next while.
