Advice please

anyone got a young daughter? mine who is 4 is desperate to come to anfield. I on the other hand am reluctant to take her cos (a) she will get bored and (b) she will need to go the bog at some point. There is no way I'd want to take her into the gents and I'd get strange looks taking her into the ladies. Disabled is an option but I'm block 217 in the kop and I think the disableds will be a trek. Anyone else had a similar problem? Any advice?

why don't you take her on the tour first? see how she is?

I took my lads at 4. I just took them in the ladies with me! If you can, try and meet up with some people where there is a female amongst them who could help out. Or ask one of the female stewards - they won't mind helping you out at all.

If she likes LFC she won't get bored but don't bother taking her if she's not really into it and you just want her to be into it. Wait until she's about 6 for that.

Doesn't sound like a good idea to me - I've got a four year old daughter, and taking her to most places (even for a few minutes) is a nightmare.

Hmm I think I'll leave it for a while. Her mum's a man city fan so she's no help. She's not even that pleased about them getting Didi. No class, even the nice Mancs.

First time i took my nipper to a match,after 5 mins this bloke shouted out "heskey you fcuking useless cu*t.............the look of horror on her face,then me trying to explain why he was swearing .........then in injury time heskey blasted one into the top corner ( bradford ).........in short fella,don`t take her untill she`s alot older

Taken both of my girls. Took the youngest up to the Upper Centenary Stand and no problems. Bit more language downstairs but nothing too bad. I think you have to choose the right game though. Last season towards the end it was quite quiet and a good way to let the kid see Anfield without problems.

a lot of good advice here. I reckon after talking to a mate and considering the sage advice here tonight i will (a) take her to a shite game and (b) take her in the birds bogs. Apparantly you can dart straight in if it isn't 1/2 time. And if you've got a small girl with you the birds will not treat you like a perv.

Take her to any home PL game and she will probably doze off as the atmosphere is non exsistant.
