Chavs offer £48M for Robinho....world's going mad!

I really do think that rather than talking about salary capping, that someone should finally cap Chelsea's blatant buy at all costs attitude. Manure have spent just short of 1bn since purple nose has been at the helm and the Chavs are not far behind already.
I know that we have spent decent money ourselves but the prices for average players are inflated because we are one of the big 4. That hypocrite Kenyon is prepared to spend £48M on Robinho and not £20M on Arshavin, it's obvious that the Chavs are run by a bunch of idiots with a fat wallet rather than good footballing knowhow and integrity.

Where's that figure being reported mate? Can't see anyone offering anywhere near that amount for Robinho myself.

Hey if 48m helps get Ronaldo to Madrid I'm all for it. Robinho will not excel in the EPL.

I agree. IMO its just Chelsea donating money to Real to get Ronaldo out of England

Just stupid money, yes he is a good player, but 48mil does not reflect his ability.
              25mil at most.

one nasty tackle from Carra, Scholes or Masher and he will run off back to Spain

Scholes doesn't make nasty tackles. Every foul he's ever committed is simply the result of well-intentioned over-exuberance, coupled with a heart-warmingly charming inability to time his reckless lunges properly, resulting in the accidental decapitation of numerous overreacting nancy-boy foreigners.
                  Every foul.
                  Ever.

                        Now that's satire!
                        .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

I hate the way everyone lets scholes off with awful tackles just because he has "never been able to tackle"
