Thing is, for Sport radio no other station is on as often talking about mainly sport, so i find i listen now and then, mainly for comical value of course.:handshake:

This video is part of public record is it not being as it is a police video, it would probably be used as evidence in a case and therefore any memeber of the public should be able to access it. :handshake:

Well it was three months ago, i've not heard what the outcome was, if it went the distance, is he banned??.

Or if he's fighting the case, if he didn't give a proper test on the machine, as we saw here, then he may get that SuperLawyer, does all the stars motoring cases, got Clarkson etc off.

He could try for some form of technicality, as they do. As i say i haven't heard of any outcome to this vid.

Your theory of it being accessed by any member of the public due to it being a criminal case, that would only apply had he been found Guilty yes??. :handshake:

Former international football star :haha::haha: Alan Brazil was banned from driving for 20 months yesterday.

The radio talkshow host, who played for Ipswich Town, THE SCUM, Tottenham and Scotland, was convicted of drink-driving and also fined £750 with £450 costs.

Sudbury magistrates saw CCTV film of Brazil trying to blow four times into a breath machine and failing at Bury St Edmunds police station in Suffolk in September.

He was stopped as he drove home in his BMW X5 from a charity function at 1.35am in September 2007 after police saw him "weaving".:shake::grr:

He told police who nicked him he was fed up with his bosses at work.

Brazil added: "I might have to change jobs. You might have done me a favour. I'm sick of them."

Tests finally showed Brazil, 48, of Hadleigh, Suffolk, was twice the drink-drive limit.
