Anyone see this on the BBC footie site?

Robinho's career at Manchester City has not got off to the smoothest start following his switch from Real Madrid.

The Brazilian stunned football by making a £32.5m move to Eastlands and not, as expected, to Londoners Chelsea.

However, it appeared the 24-year-old's deadline day move had still to sink in when he said: "On the last day, Chelsea made a great proposal and I accepted."

To this a reporter replied: "You mean Manchester, right?". "Yeah, Manchester, sorry!" answered Robinho.

:haha::haha::haha::haha:

Bet he can't wait to join up with shrek and the gang! Put the blue shirt on and say..."We playing away?...and wheres Ronaldo"?:crackoff::crackoff::crackoff:

I thought exactly the same when i seen him meeting Mark Hughes for the first tie at that London hotel. The camera was on Robinho who looked quite puzzled while Hughes was talking to the reporters

The Brazil international had appeared set to move to Stamford Bridge until City hijacked the deal at the last minute.

And Robinho appeared to have been as confused as anyone when he mistakenly referred to his new club as Chelsea in a news conference shortly after signing for City.

Wenger said: "What is worrying for me is that a player signs somewhere and then the next day he does not even know where he has signed. You cannot say that is a good trend.

"Football is not a supermarket, we have to all understand that."
