Who is your favourite sports journalist?

    Mine is Oliver Holt.

I dont many newspapers these days, but when I do it is normally to read his articles. He is a fantastic journalist, always has his finger on the pulse, and I can very rarely pick fault with his articles, even if I dont alway 100% agree with his opinions.

So boring, but same here, Oliver Holt, especially when he's writing on something i agree with like a great LFC performance, he has a way with words, a little humour, and sets the scene too.

I haven't bought a paper for ages but I still read some of these guys online. My favourites are Patrick Barclay, Henry Winter and, again, Holt.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Patrick Barclay, yes, generally a good insight and without the sensationalism

Probably two of the best right there, Holt & Barclay.

            Brian Reade on weekend.

            Does he count?

Tony Barrett I do like his anti Manc stance. He makes you laugh on LFC TV.

Tony Evans in The Times. And I agree with Shaggy, Henry Winter from The Telegraph

they are genuinely good journos as opposed to the cunts like martin samuel , brian "wooly" etc

btw how the **** does samuel win journo of the year ?

It's very difficult not to let bias come into this. Brian Reade and Tony Evans are both good but are both Reds. Patrick Barclay is easily tops IMO. I also find it hard to look at Martin Samuel and his ridiculous ****ing fringe let alone listen to him!
I have one word to offer - honesty. I couldn't be devious if I tried. Joe Fagan.
