joint top. As much as i hate to say it, I reckon the german cheat will win. Although he has the integrity and personality of a mouldy dog-turd, I would be amazed if he loses out now in a 2 race head to head for the title. If alonso gets ahead in a race, schuey will just park up on the track, wait for him to catch up and twat him into the wall. The fella does whatever it takes to win.

I'll tune into the last two.

There does seem to be an air of inevitability on the close a victorious Shummy season, no?!

Cant stand the prick, but hes like a machine. would be amazed if he gave it up now. Schumacher will try and put alonso out of a race. alonso wouldnt, thats the difference

He can't get away with it for a third time surely!!

Imagine he seriously injured either himself doing that, or worse someone else.

I promise you, if Michael Schumacher feels he is in with a chance of getting beat, he WILL take alonso out. Not necesarily saying its bad, but alonso doesnt look to me to be as prepared to risk life as much as schuey to win. Oh, and if he DOES do anything, he wont get anything other than a slap on the wrist. The german twat is like man united, above the law.

Please stop referring to him as Schumi!

He should be known for what he is - a dirty cheating arrogant german b@st@rd. Call him that and we'll all know who you mean Paul.

so what schumacher takes out other drivers, not that any others have done that in the past, anyone else remember senna and prost? also this is common place in every other form of motor sport. the problem is the likes of hill and now alonso dont have the will, tis like for us did we complain when souness or tommy smith did in an oponent yet we get all bleaty if someone fouls one of our players. yes it is good that the safety record has improved in f1 but it is supposed to be a sport on the edge.

So what he takes out other drivers? It's not in the fecking rules that's what. Would you like somebody to 'take you out' whilst you're travelling in excees of 100mph? Didn't think so.:whatever:
Please don't compare F1 to football. I never saw Tommy Smith racing around Silverstone and similarly - correct me if I'm wrong - Schumacher has never appeared in the premier league. Other than being completely different - they are as you intimate - infact exactly the same......:whatever:

Ask Fernando Alonso what he thinks of Shumacher - I think he's probably in a better position to judge than you.

Ferrari team orders will ensure Alonso doesn't finish the next race. Massa will be the sacraficial lamb.
Renault should get their retaliation in early and get Fizzykeller to take Shoemaker out first 1st !!! :handshake:

Actually if you take away the fact that he is German, then you have to admire his ability not only on the track but in organising the team off of it.

And yes I do disagree with cheating but you need a ruthless streak in order to be a real champion.

I agree. Admiration, grudging as it may be, is certainly due. His talent is immense. Can't make me like him, though .. even if you were to take away his Germanity.

Taking Damon Hill out to prevent him scoring the necessary points to make him world champion is cheating. That is different that a ruthless streak.

I will (very grudgingly!) concede that Shoemaker is a superb driver though. Probably the best there's ever been.

I need to lie down now.....

Agreed, but if I were to see Damon Hill driving along beside me I'd be tempted to run him off the road - and that's with no points/world championship at stake :)

Massa will be the one to watch, IMO.

I would love it if Schumacher won, but Alonso finished eighth!

Tactics could start in practice for everyone to position themselves for the first corner.

Massa, Fisichella and Raikkonen are definitely the three to look out for to see if they stick their noses in where they arent wanted.

I wish Montoya or Villeneuve could come back just to ram Schumacher off the road.

Barrichello to win the race ;)

Have to say that was an amazing race and some of the driving by schumacher was amazing, his overtaking on Raoikken was breathtaking , he came out of the pits after refuelling and was doing the fastest lap times, also the fact that he won 7 Drivers championships and turned Ferrai from no hoppers to dominating the sport says alot. He is a legend and you might not like him, but you have to respect his ability and achivements in F1
