Liverpool and Everton have joined the race to sign Toulouse starlet Moussa Sissoko but Tottenham Hotspur remain favourites to move for the 19-year-old.
Spurs scouts watched the France Under 21 international last week but the Ligue 1 club say they have yet to formally receive a bid.
