SKY interfering rescheduling Liverpool games again

Liverpool have confirmed changes to two of their scheduled Premiership games in January.
The New Year's Day clash with Bolton at Anfield will kick-off at 12.45pm and the away match at Watford on January 13 has also been moved to a 12.45pm start.

Both games will be televised live on $KY

Why are they ruining the game of football, what happened to 3pm starts, not everyone will agree with what sky are doing to the game and I am one of them,I rekon a petition to the club and also to sky,to prevent them from ruining the game forever.

well pissed off and have cancelled my sky subscription, as I am not putting my hard earned money into skys coffers.

    your thoughts....................

A few seasons back we played Chelsea at 12 on New Years Day - it was a bit morgue like to say the least. The Watford away clash may have been moved due to other games down their way and possible traffic congestion.

My thoughts are that SKY are getting on my tits. We play more than our fair share of these games. And as for travelling to the games from afar, it makes it a rite pain in the ring.

It's a disgrace, I'd like to know if we are being treated harshly by SKY in terms of early kick-offs.

I wouldn't be surprised if 33% of our league games this season were early.

        Anybody have the stats?

Totally agree with the sentiment, but I wouldn't go that far.

If I had SKY, then I'd have cancelled - how's that?

I'll be in Thailand for those two games so it'll be 7:45pm instead of 10pm for me

I'm afraid I'm not prepared to break the law, even though I am a bit of a maverick. If pushed I would, for instance, drive at 80 mph if, for example, I needed to get somewhere quickly.

I dont break the law can you explain what you mean ?????????????
                    I shalll explain the logic.
the satellites that are in the sky operate by an uplink and a downlink SYSTEMS

                    THE UPLINK

this is were the camera men film with the cameras and the operator then uplinks the information up to the satellite, before it is then downlinked to each satellite decoder in your home /pub..etc.
If you know the frequency the satellite uplink operates on then were are you breaking the law by watching it for free.

                    THE DOWNLINK
THE DOWNLINK IS OFTEN UNENCRYPTED AND IS THERE FORE DEEMED FTA
free to air, and has no encryption, you are not breaking the law in veiwing this

                    THE LAW

You are only breaking the law if you use a card or cam to get or obtain tv without paying for the subscription rights, these are avaiable and are used quite frequently should you need anymore info I will explain more

so shaggy to understand how satellite works get one, and it often is unencrypted and therefore you are not breaking the law.FTA occurs more often than not.

dont get ripped off stay away from sky

Do we not receive additional money when Sky request an early kick off?

To be honest, it's the price of having so many games on British TV.

If you go to all the games, then that would be annoying. If you can't / don't go to the games, it's good.
                          Oh I don't know.

Another game where we battered them, had a horrific referee and lost to a late deflection from a corner that should of been a goal kick. Grrrrrrrr

I don't hear anyone moaning about the 15+ million that Sky gives us every season.

Without that money we'd not have the likes of Alonso, Garcia, Kyut et al
