Barcelona on verge of going out of Champions League

Dynamo kiev have four while Barcelona and Rubin Kazan are level on five points. Barcelona play Inter in the Nou Camp on tuesday knowing that defeat coupled with a victory for the Russians at home to Kiev will leave them in the unseemly position for playing the Ukrainians on the final day for a place in the Europa League

What are they doing in the league? I thought that they've been punching a little bit above their weight last season anyway, as they didn't have a radically different team from the season before, just had a new manager who 'seemed' to be imbued with some kind of magic touch. That seems to have deserted him this term and they've lost Eto'o, replacing him with a 'Berbatov' style player upfront who is nowhere near as effective.

Messi, Iniesta and one or two players apart they aren't that exceptional a team.

they've had a lot of injured players of late, and if i'm not mistaken they're missing quite a few for tonight's match aswell. hard times for them, and if any fans should know what it's like having half the first team out injured, it's us.

I'd rather they won that then the Prem though - in a perfect world I would like them to win neither but if I had to choose 1 it would be the EC.
Thanks for the memories Rafa - YNWA!

Hugh???? What???? You'd Rather Manure win the ECL than the Prem??? WTF!!!

I think what you mean't to say is

"I'd rather they win **** ALL!" or "If we don't win the Prem then I hope Chavski do... and if any English Team win the ECL its Arsenal..."

IMO any LFC fan hopes Manure wins ZERO NADA **** ALL!

Messi, Henry, Iniesta and a couple of others haven't really been fit for long this season. I think Messi and Ibrahamovic are both doubtful for tonight so they may struggle again

Chelsea or UEFA/FIFA assisted REAL Madrid will win it this year regardless of the other teams

I bet we get them in the next round of the Europa League.
                          Oh I don't know.

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
