            i don't think the stadiums were the biggest issue, it was the state of their public trasport infrastructure

              I remember there was an appeal a while back to get some of the Polish builders to return to Poland and help build the stadia and associated infrastructure, because a lot of the builders had moved abroad and there was a shortage there.
              The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

                i think the point in the migration of the work force is that there's always a cheaper option avaliable from somewhere else. polish workers are cheap for the english employers, and so workers from somewhere else (belarus, russia,..) might be cheaper for polish employers. you can always find someone to exploit, and work virtually for free.
