    Haye vs. Harrison

Did anyone see the press conference yesterday?

Jesus can Harrison talk! He put Haye to shame.

Personally I think Harrison will be destroyed. But Haye, wasnt too impressive in his last outing with Ruiz.

    Thoughts people?

I don't understand why so many people love Haye and don't see what he's doing. No doubt he's an amazing fighter - the best British heavyweight fighter since Lewis (atm) and IMO probably could beat both Klitschkos...

But he is worse than Gayweather for ducking decent opponents and almost as bad as Amir Khan in terms of fighting the best around in the division.

It's a joke the people who actually try and suggest the Klitschkos are ducking him. Don't think they actually saw Wladimir publically call him out in his YouTube video. It's a fact Wladimir has offered 50/50 which is more than generous considering Wladimir holds three belts (IBF,IBO and WBO) and Haye only holds one (albeit slightly more respected). For those that say Haye is worried about the bias decisions given in Germany (especially for British fighters) then fair enough but not only has Wladimir agreed a neutral location is viable he has stated he's even fight him in London!

Bit of a Hypocrite isn't he? Considering Harrison is ranked 42nd in the world. Look at the records and ranks of Vitali and Wlad's last 10 fights almost all of the them were top 15 fighters and most were either undefeated or had been beat only once AND had lots of victories to their name.

/edit: You can only beat who's around at the time. Haye's claims they don't fight any 'great fighters' isn't their fault if there aren't any great heavyweights around in their generation...

I honestly don't think Haye is ducking them, and within the next year they will fight. Look at it this way, there is more clamour for this fight to happen in the UK now since the Mayweather Hatton fight. Its all about building a feud and making the buys rate more. There going to fight, and i think this Harrison bout is something to do for the next 3 months for Haye. Klitchko is fighting this weekend i believe. So it wouldn't have happened much before December any-ways.

It will happen, but only when they know it will draw the absolute most money.

Did anyone see the Sky Sports News debacle today? I might be wrong, but to me, it looks like every time Fraudley starts talking, he looks like he's thinking "What am I doing wasting my time with this idiot..."

Fraudley is making a tit of himself with the interviews!

Harrison will get destroyed, no doubt about it.

As for Haye fighting one of the Klitschko brothers that's more interesting. I think there is some ducking going on on Haye's part, I think the thought of fighting one of them worrys him, and he wants to be known as a champion that defended his title a couple of times then lost it, so it couldn't be called a fluke.

As far as I know both Klitschko brothers have called him out? I may be wrong on that one, but i'm sure seen footage of one of them calling him out. eventually Haye will fight one of them, but im not 100% sure it will be in England.

Harrison's left is dangerous, no doubt about it. Haye is clearly the better fighter, but it's not a guaranteed win for Haye if Audley gets a good left or two in.

In my opinion Haye isn't ducking the brothers. Haye has time on his side. The brothers don't. There are no decent opponents around apart from the brothers. Haye can take some easier fights, earn a bit of money and in the meantime let the feuds build. When it comes to fight time , there will be mega box office money on the line.

Haye says he's retiring in two years though...this fight smacks of making his cash while he can. Making hay(e) if you will...jesus.

Cant blame him for having an exit strategy. He will fight one of the Klitchkos, probably Wladimir.

But yea, he will make as much as possible in between times.

Well at least one British World Champion has agreed to a proper fight worthy of the title.

Amir Khan will be taking on Marcos Maidana in Las Vegas, December 11th. Sholud be a great fight, very dangerous for Amir but I am glad he is taking the challenge and not going for a hand picked easy option.

Amir Khan and Marcos Maidana have reportedly agreed to a fight in Las Vegas on December 11.

The WBA light-welterweight champion has apparently told his Twitter followers that the pair have finally agreed terms after weeks of rumours on the internet.

Khan has avoided big-punching opponents since he was sensationally knocked out by Breidis Prescott two years ago.

And many felt the Briton was ducking the mandatory challenger, who has claimed 27 of his 29 wins by stoppage.

Despite the 23-year-old wanting to bring the fight to England, he has apparently made the concession to take on the Argentine in Las Vegas in order to get it signed.

Khan has not fought since May, when he dominated Paulie Malignaggi before the fight was stopped in the 11th round.
