View Full Version : What has your MP stolen from you lately?
The average annual salary of an MP in the UK is £60,000.
The average annual personal expenses an MP claims in the UK is £120,000.
One MP claimed £40,000 for stamps, now that's a lot of letters.
Paid with by our money.
Oxygen thieves the lot of them.

My MP is Glenda Jackson.
She's been on Morcombe and Wise so that makes her ok to my mind.
My old MP was crap,
Mine is Maria Eagle - useless and self seeking, a good Mp by definition.

Is she really an eagle? If so I'd vote for her on the basis of that.

Mine is Vincent Cable - he's OK for a bald liberal.

I think mine is Maria Eagle too or it might be Angela Eagle. They are both ugly lesbians anyway.

Maria it is then. They aren't identical but they are both ugly though eh?
Double baggers, the both of them
Its worse over here in NI. We have a local assembly which doesn't actually meet or do anything and yet we are all paying for it anyway. From its initial supsension (cos all the members are twats who won't talk to each other) up to the end of 2004 it cost something like £53million, as all the members still drew their salaries.
Add in the fact that a lot of them are MPs as well and so are getting the 60k salary plus the expsenses on the Westminster gravy train that adds up to a lot of money stolen from us.
Wankers.

Osborne is Shadow Chancellor. Eldest son of a baronet, public school, Oxford, married to an Honourable, typical old-fashioned Tory background.
That's what we need - back to the future.
I wish I'd had National Service, I'd know how to use a machine gun.

Sorry I don't think that's a lot of money for the job they do. Steven Gerrard gets paid 90k a week to kick an inflated pigs bladder around a park.
We've got our priorities all wrong in this country.
