it looks shit
Aren't Seat owned by VW? Essentially then you'll be buying a VW built car so it should be good.
My mrs has a seat and it's been very good

the new shape looks horrible - almost a straight copy of the hideous new civic. If you must settle for such a slow car as the cupra, get the older shape.

Buy a new polo or better still buy a pre registered car. Same as a new car but you'll save upwards of a grand or two.

I absolutely love the new civic, but it needs to be a type R in that style.

I've got one, had the Golf GTDI before and the Leon is a better car. Its basically the same chassis but you get more features for your money. Getting the FR version next.

I've got an Altea FR TDi. Goes like shit off a shovel .
Basically a VW, but better design (the head designed at Seat is from Tredegar, Wales). Plus the key is the same as the one for a Lamborgini - I saw it on fifth gear!.

Is a car going like a shovel a good thing?

this is a common expression for people who have cars and not cars made up of pixels:)
Always like the Seat's basically a sporty golf.
Haven't read any reviews, but if its circa 15K have a look at a subaru from one of them import places or a year old one.

Its basically got a VW engine - same as A3, Golf and the Skoda Fabia. Cheaper than a golf or Audi in the same spec though.
Wouldn't buy a new one on finance though. Loan on a depreciating asset is not common sense. Look for nearly new, or ex demo's as these will be cheaper than new but as good as new but importantly the initial depreciation hit will have been taken.
A good car, underrated car.

I am, never mind these new fangled Spanish things even if they are owned by a the sons of the Nazis these days. The Ford Model T is available in any colour so long as it's black. I imagine that Messers Costain and Duckworth will be making a special edition soon.

Henry Ford was a nasty piece of work... Look - he funded Nazi Germany. It's all his fault...
From Who Financed Hitler: The Secret Funding of Hitler's Rise to Power 1919-1933 by James Pool and Suzanne Pool (The Dial Press, 1978), pp 111, 129:
"That Henry Ford, the famous automobile manufacturer gave money to the National Socialists directly or indirectly has never been disputed," said Konrad Heiden, one of the first biographers of Hitler. Novelist Upton Sinclair wrote in The Flivver King, a book about Ford, that the Nazis got forty-thousand dollars from Ford to reprint anti-Jewish pamphlets in German translations, and that an additional $300,00 was later sent to Hitler through a grandson of the ex-Kaiser who acted as an intermediary. The US Ambassador to Germany, William E. Dodd, said in an interview that "certain American industrialists had a great deal to do with bringing fascist regimes into being in both Germany and Italy." At the time of Dodd's criticisms, the general public was aware that he was speaking of Ford because the press made a direct association between Dodd's statements and other reports of Ford's anti-Semitism".

Henry Ford was an anti semite that is not in doubt. His grandson (Henry Ford II) the founder of the Ford Motor Company as we know it was most certainly not
