Is it just me or are are people a tad patronising to oul Teddy?
Sure it's brilliant that a 40 year old is still going strong in the premiership, very rare these days but the way some go on you'd thing he's a wheelchair stricken, blind man and taking into account Teddy's one of the Premierehip's Greats, it just doesn't seem right.

Apologies guys, i'm still getting used to life without 6CM's, we'd usually post all footy things in the same forum over there.
Feel free to move mods.

Believe me, there's a lot of ageism about.

No, i think the accolades are fair. There wont be many 40 year olds scoring in the Premiership! Fair play for Pardew for sticking him in the squad instead of the most valued player(sic). ;)

Great player always liked him. Even when he played for the scum, which is fucking rare in my book!

WTF is El_diegio whats-his-face anyway?!

Teddy is a class act regardless of who he's played for.

Never having any genuine pace has probably contributed to the fact that hes still thereabouts at the top level at 40 - but hes always been the type of player to play the first 2 yards in his head as they say - a la Kenny (Although not as good)

One of my favourite players during the premiership years.
