Two big games this weekend.
Wondered what your thoughts were on the outcomes.

A great win for GB rugby league boys over the Aussies this morning.

My thoughts...

Wales v Australia...I am inclined to say that we are a strong side, but the major players are just coming back from layoffs and haven't played together for months. The Aussies are experimenting but hey, it's Australia!

I will go for a win for the Aussies, by less that 10 points. (Wales 13 v 21 Australia)

England v New Zealand...Rob Andrew has already written this one off, England are in disarray at the moment but grit and strength will enable them to keep the loss respectable. (England 15 v 26 New Zealand)

Watched some of the GB game this morning. How on earth did that Aussie cnut stay on the pitch after that punch and high tackle?

And in the Wales game, well done Wales, but they gifted 2 tries, especially when Shanklin turned his back on the opposition for that penalty. Had the ref given us time for that line out, we mighthave won too. Bring on the All Blacks.

....after 30mins I would have grabbed your hand off for a draw, after 60 minutes Wales should have won, a draw was a fair result ... god help France when they play NZ next weekend.

thought the scoreline flattered the Kiwis. England were denied a perfectly good try at an important part of the game. Don't think NZ played all that well, and have to say England surprised me, they were better than I expected but there is not getting away from the fact that the AB's are the best 2 sides in the world at the moment.

Just as well they always peak between world cups.
