at least cannavaro hasn't signed for chelsea.

Unbelievable, how do Juventus get 20 million Euros for them two. Great players they might be, but at their respective ages, it is hardly a long term investment.

I'd have thought Zambrotta will be joining the Capello love-in soon.

it was to be expected now that capello is at real.

if they're selling 2 players for that combined price then perhaps trezeguet might be cheaper than we think?

Too fuckin right. I had a few palpitations when I read he was supposedly off to Chelsea. He would've seriously improved them.

It would be nice for Chelski to run into Real Madrid in the group stages, if this Real re-build continues.

Gallas is nowhere near as good as Terry. He is however considerably better than Carvalho and offers the one think that Terry doesn't - real top recovery pace. He is an exceptional player and I think he complements Terry very well.

I agree dww, I think that Gallas and Terry in the middle are very strong as they complement each other. Carvalho is a lucky man to have played so much in the centre of defence as he isnt as good as either of the two of them. It actually works against Gallas to be so versatile.
