Great little player from what ive seen he can cut open the defence and has a spark of class about him.

Id love for us to go and spend a little extra on him i wish we would have got Aguero last year. Im sure half of Europe is after Diego now and more and more that Bremen do in Europe im sure his price tag will increase.

Do you think he's any good. Is Rafa interested in him i wonder?

he did great against chelsea, and he is only 21 so has a lot of playing days ahead of him.

don't know if they would be willing to sell tough, at least not for the money we can offer..

rafa was aparantly following him for a while, but i recon most managers were as well, was one of the biggest prospects from brazil, him and robinho made a magic duo at santos, he wasn't great for porto so everyone was afraid of that he couldn't handle the big stage, but he seems to be on form now, so i guess we have lost out yet again, on some potential world class talent...

he was a massive dissapointment at Porto. But he has been a revelation for Bremen, scoring goals, and cutting teams to shreds.

He is exactly the type of player we need. Someone who can open up a defence from a central position.

he would cost over 10mill easily however.

If we were to go for this type of player, i have a feeling Rafa would go for Raul Garcia from Osasuna. Similar to Diego, but he is built like a tank. I think he would handle the Prem a better than Diego.
