just got into poker.....which is the best site? and which has the best joining offer?

Pokerstars is the biggest, personally I find it has the cleanest interface and best variety of games, especially at low stakes if you're just starting out.

FullTilt is the other monster site, a lot of the internet-pros play there as you can get "rakeback" depending how you signup. I wouldn't worry about that now though, FT is a great site too but I find it easier to bust out on.

Ipoker is the third biggest network, there's a variety of "skins" for it, Titan poker being the most popular. Unlike the other two it doesn't allow US players but there's plenty of Euro donks on it. Tourneys there tend not to be quite as enormous as on PS and FT but still a lot of activity, its a pretty good site to start out on.

I'd really recommend one of those 3 above the rest.

These days you don't get the same sort of signup bonuses to poker sites people once did, usually they'll just give you a 100% bonus on your first deposit but you earn that back as you play and earn "points", not in one go. From sloveniankopite's signature on here, this is a decent offer for Titan poker - http://pokernetonline.com/index.php?uid=MTkx. Ones for Full tillt or Pokerstars are easy enough to find with a quick google.

I've made my "home" at Full Tilt now after chasing sign-up bonuses and different campaigns all over the place. Thing I like about FT is because of it's size you can basically always find the games going you want to play. Pokerstars can offer the same but was a no-go for me since they don't offer rakeback. As a familyman I don't have anywhere near enough time to reach their loyalty levels.

Yes I prefer FullTilt As well - I especially like their new game Rush Poker

Full Tilt is good, usually just play $1,$2 S'n'G tournaments, with either 9, 18 or 27 players. Won a 27 player $2 tournament the other day and got $20

Im actually surprised it took so long for that to happen. Every big EPT event has over £1m in cash sat displayed for everyone to see. Anybody can register to play so it would be so easy to place insiders in the hall and communicate when the right moment is to strike. Infact im gutted I didn't do it myself

I find it very funny. The president of Bayern Munich said a few weeks ago that he is very afraid that the World cup in South Africa will be a problem because of Crime, But look what happens in his capital

Know what you mean mate crime is everywhere but I do have concerns that criminals will travel from all over the african continent to target this world cup as they will see it as an easy touch. Im not too clued up on your border security though so apologies if thats offensive to you
