I don't think Owen will join United, but then again...
He knows that if he signs for United, he's dead in the eyes of the people on Merseyside...
I wish him all the best, but I hope he doesn't join United. That would be a knife right in to my heart (I started supporting Liverpool because of Owen in 1997)
Awww, AF, come on mate. Kindly remove your finger from Michael Owen's ring, please. If Owen went to Man U he would be commiting a CARDINAL SIN, and you know it. A player we groomed, raised and, at one point, idolised jibbing us off and then ending up at the ****e, how could you possibly "not blame him"
I said that I would hate it if he signed for them but Man U is a better club than Newcastle so I would understant why he would join them.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.
According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

No. You said, quote on quote, tribalfootball style, "I would not blame him if he signed for the Scum". Stating that Man U are better than Newcastle is just stating the painfully obvious, leaving Newcastle to go to just about any other club in the EPL would be a step up. But to "not blame him"? Come on mate. It would make me sick to the stomach to see the little **** in a Man United shirt. Almost as bad as seeing him in a Madrid shirt spewing over "playing for the best team in the world".
* PS, for all those naming cats and children, choose 'Robbie'. It won't come back to bite you in the arse years later.

What I mean is that I would not blame him if he leaves Newcastle and joins the Scum because of his career.
He wouldn't be a Liverpool legend anymore if he did that IMO.
