This guy is going to have another four years with the England job. I ****ing hate his guts. He is utter drivel, at least with Sven we won matches. This man oozes no confidence and the fans know he is ****e. I heard a quote from a Boro fan saying that the Boro fans were the only ones who wanted him to be England manager because he was a crap Boro manager.

The FA should either get Harry Redknapp or Martin O Neill

I can only agree with the sentiments, McLaren is a ****ing joke. The FA is a shambles and England's current crop of fantastic players aren't being motivated by a strong manager and are going to waste. McLaren my arse, he's got to go. Mourinho would work, he's got balls, it needs to be someone who's achieved something, someone who's got character, not false-teeth-****-up McClown LOL

        Who do you mean?
        .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

He's a clueless coach and he should go, but the FA buffoons who appointed him also need culling, because time after time they appoint 'safe' English managers instead of bringing in real talent (therefore probably from abroad) who will make the team play as a team, and provide entertaining football. I can stand the thought of not winning tournaments, it is the embarrassment of how we set about qualifying with such dreary football that causes me to despair. I'm not asking for Brazil of 1970 every match, but the players look like strangers to one another as often as not, and hardly ever look like they have a game plan.
Even Eriksson was about as English in style as you can get, i.e. his team were mostly tedious and dispiriting to watch, whatever the result. Scotland played more attractive football last night than England have played for years, and even Northern Ireland played the more attractive football the last time the two sides met. With the players available it must be possible to play both less inexpertly and also more entertainingly, but the hopeless search for someone prepared to try it will probably continue for many years to come.
          Liverpool FC über alles.

LADS the Israeli result has settled it. England have qualified and McClaren is officially great. If the shot from the Russians in the 90 minute had of hit the post and went in instead of hit the post and go wide, he would have indeed been officially a ****e manager.
