What is Ronaldo on? Real Madrid is a step forward from Manchester United? In what universe are they a step forward.
We have the largest fanbase in the world. WE ARE THE EUROPEAN CHAMPIONS, We are the richest club in the world. Real Madrid have not made it past the second round of the European cup for at least four years.
If Madrid had not won four consecutive European cups when it first started and everybody was not in it then they will only be two ahead of us.

    and theres more too
    We come not to play.

I dont think Utd will buy anyone to replace him, I think that with Rooney and Tevez they dont need to, it allows them to play a more prominent role.

Guillem: Do you think it is going to be very difficult to get out of United?

Ronaldo: It is always difficult. It is not only one person deciding, it is many people, but it can be a very good thing for everybody
        That's pretty conclusive really.

Rooney is over-rated and has performed poorly for 2 years now. He has never stepped up the way he was supposed to

As for Ronaldo Complete cunt but i love the interview. Hope he ****s off to Madrid

Funny how managers say that if a player is not happy and wants to leave then all they have to do is ask. Ronaldo clearly wants to go and they wont let him.
Ronaldo is a good goalscorer but not a great player. He is a the biggest star in the world and like Ronaldinho it will all go to his head and his career will blow up early.
If he was so good he would have won the Euro's for Portugal. Deco outshone him.
Oh the man is a midfield maestro
and his passes are sooo delightful
            everyone wants to know

Manchester United have repeated their stance that Cristiano Ronaldo is "not for sale".

The Portugal winger has been strongly linked with a move to Real Madrid but a statement on United's website says: "We are not listening to offers."

Ronaldo, 23, says he will reveal his future in the next few days.

Speaking after Portugal's exit from Euro 2008, Ronaldo said: "In two or three days' time I will announce my future because my tournament is over."

Ronaldo added: "I will speak to United. I will try to reach an agreement and we will see."

Ronaldo failed to inspire Portugal on Thursday as they slumped to a 3-2 defeat to Germany in the quarter-finals of Euro 2008.

The midfielder was in scintillating form throughout the domestic season and scored 42 goals as United claimed a Premier League and Champions League double.

When asked if he has made a decision regarding a move to Real Madrid, he replied: "No, not yet."

Manchester United have already reported Real Madrid to world governing body Fifa over their public courtship of Ronaldo, although the organisation decided to take no formal action.

Meanwhile, Ronaldo has revealed he will undergo surgery on a foot injury which has been bothering him for three months.

"I'm going to have an operation now," said the winger.

"I have had a small problem for about three months. I'll have the operation and then have a good recovery period."

Ronaldo's possible transfer fee has been put at between £50m and £80m - with the Premier League set for a busy summer if the Portuguese moves to the Bernabeu.

There are some snippets suggesting Schneider goes the opposite way along with Ramos.

Guillem: The little details were won by Germany. You didn’t seem concentrated enough

Tevez is not that well thought of and there is major doubt that united will be him when the loan expires as well

did real not win the first five consecutively??
"Sky and Setanta have the right to choose their games and it will be the same for everyone. So Mr Ferguson will not be complaining about fixtures and a campaign against United.

"Or there is another option. That Mr Ferguson organises the fixtures in his office and sends it to us and everyone will know and cannot complain. That is simple."
