Valencia has rejected an offer from Real Madrid for 47 million euros by David Villa. The president of Valencia, Vincent Soriano, wanted to be faithful to the promise when entered the office, in the sense that it would not be sold nor Silva nor Villa, enshrined in the last Euro. I wouldnt call this strengthening, but Manure sold Silvestre to Arsenal.

Obviously Arsenal would benefit from this.
