. I think we can agree that in him we have a player who isn't as solid at the back as we would like. Personally, I think he can defend and knows what to do, but makes too many mistakes/poor decisions, especially when faced with a wide player with a bit or trickery. Think this is why it gets most exposed in International football imo.
Yeah obviously. But Konchesky is ****e...really ****e. Johnson is a miles better defender than him. People talk about Johnson being a liability and I really don't see it. He's not perfect, he makes some mistakes, but he's not the calamity that is often implied IMO.
