I had assumed you meant this year strangely enough, not sure what led me to think this, maybe the fact you said this year. Hmmmmmmm. It did seem a low figure but when I considered you must of meant from January till now and you throw in the fact that there were no games for most of may, june, july and a week or two of august plus the fact that there hardly seems a tackle worthy of mention in games these days, then it all seemed plausible.

Anyway getting back on track, well the stats track, I much prefer the Lucas stats that show what a passing machine the man is, his percentage must be up there with the best. Those 3 to 4 yard balls are often the hardest. Hmm mmmm.

Stats are pure ****. Points & Goals are the only important thing (come on Mattshark respond, you know you want to).

As for positive I fully expect us after our wonderful start to mount a title challenge and to be honest I'll be gutted if we don't win the damn thing. Johnson to score the winning goal to bring the title back. There, hows that?

It seems you have confused 'this year' with 'this season'.

'This year' means from January to now.

I have not confused anything mate, generally in football terms 'this year' means this season, just the same way a financial year is April to March and not Jan to Dec. If someone tells me 'we are going to win the league this year' I don't correct them and say that United already have.

Admittedly I did give Bob more credit than he deserved in assuming that when he said one tackle per game when Johnson had made exactly twelve tackles that he meant one tackle per month, but regardless of what year or what 'season' he is talking about, 'less than one tackle per game' makes absolutely no sense.
