Should be 2nd based on what? City have spent half a billion quid and Chelsea have spent £155m since January. And that's on top of the £350m squad that they'd already been assembling since Roman came in. So how should WE be 2nd?

Literally no idea what this means TBH.

Better as in, we've played better than the opposition, mostly controlled the game and created more chances. No doubt we need to be more efficient in front of goal, but we've still outplayed our opponents in all games barring Spurs away.

To be honest, with a bit of luck we would be standing in 3rd right now. How much distance between the post and the goal? Not including the amount of bad decisions by referees gone against us. May sound like a cop out but I think we deserve a lot higher than we are right now. I feel really optimistic as a Liverpool fan now. Defensively we are the best and that is the first thing that should be sorted. Now we just need to be more clinical and we are sailing.

You could argue we've deserved to win every game, except the Spurs game. Personally I think we should have at least 9 points more than we currently have.

we are behind where we should be because our finishing sucks. not because our back are having problems. whoever said we have the best back 5 in the league right now is correct. we have conceded fewer goals than everybody else.
