I don't know but I'd think they can have pretty much anybody they want as long as they show an interest.

I also think they are very smart about using their existing players to send an open invite to the desired players and put the clubs that these players play for atm into unrest and pressure mode to deal with potential transfer and destabilize and swing the price tag in their favor.
