Makes you think how stringent are the Football and Premier League rules on fit and proper owners and what sort of checks do they actually do. Carson Yeung, these Kuwaitis, Tom Hicks, Shinawatra etc. On some, a quick google search will tell you they aren't fit nor proper, yet many of them still get to buy football clubs and some major clubs at that

The footballing authorities seem to get away with it big time. Pretty piss poor really. No wonder Govt is telling Premier League to get it's sh*t in order.
