Just listening to Keys & Gray on Talksport, and they've got Rooney in the studio as a guest. Talking about the CL final and more generally about Barcelona, United and Messi - and a couple of pure gems came up.

Gray and Keys, in talking about the two clubs, obviously conceded that Barca were the better side, but in trying to put a pro-manc spin on it, came out with the beauty that "I'm not sure if Barca can get better though - whereas Ferguson is rebuilding this side and Man Utd WILL get better - Barcelona wont"

And the other beauty, started off by Rooney himself, but endorsed by Keys and Gray - when asked about how Messi would perform in the PL, was the notion that he wouldnt be as good without Xavi and Iniesta and, brilliantly, 'Games away at the likes of Stoke and Birmingham are very difficult games to play and he wouldnt be able to manage with the physical side of it"

A great video analysis of Barca's midfield movement.

I must admit I've enjoyed watching them after a long time (and yes I do love football), not just because they destroyed United but because they just did what they do best, but at the end they topped that with actual shots! Even from distance! To me, that makes all the difference compared to the usual bring-the-ball-into-the-goal philosophy which they usually represent and which I can't bear watching.

The Barca fans created a fantastic atmosphere at Wembley. Infact it was the best atmosphere i have heard in the new ground.
