Given what they made on the deal, i'd say 20 is fair, they still make 15mill clear, and get the player back, and fitter than when he left.

If it's not good enough for them, i'd rather sell him for 6 to another team, because i'm bitter that way.

We can keep him till Jan and need a little less than £14m to make it work holding out for more. Makes no sense to get shut right away. Much better to keep him as a back up option than to throw away for peanuts.

That assumes that his value will increase in that time, I see no reason why anyone will pay more in January for him. It is more likely imo that we won't get better offers after this window and that he doesn't offer enough to us as a team.
