Are other countries suffering as bad on VAR or is it the establishment of 'mates' ****ing it up in England only; would be interested to know how much is down to the ineptuitude of these dinasuars & how much is the interpretation of rules.

That's the way it should have been done since it's inception.
As stated many times the model to copy was the one which Rugby implements.
Football seems to been trying to re-invent the wheel only to end up with the Rugby model.
Out of interest what does the ref say to the player at the very end of the clip. The defender thanks the ref 'merci beaucoup' and the ref seems none to pleased judging by the players reaction to what the ref says to himComment
