Oh i agree call his bluff, but this was the guy in fergies pocket; all the time VAR is reffed by onfield refs & not managed by separate officials we will always be on a loser. Thats not paranoia it fact & purley as a by product of Klopp seeing the ****show the fans see..... Arteta is the next one, he wil start getting dogs abuse from refs for caring next season(& altough i cannot stand him, you cannot knock his passion). Pep will get his free ride, as will others though.Originally posted by RedReet View PostHe came out on Talksport after MNF and said he wants it, so time to call his bluff.
Tompkins did a piece recently on referee bias (to be generous) and how we get destroyed in every metric, particularly by North West refs, particularly Tierney. Despite the overwhelming evidence, no chance PGMOL, FA or PL would take any action. This is perhaps our best chance for some genuine reform.
If the refs go in to this season on a mission & maintain it for a period, just watch Man U be in contention with City after Xmas.

That’s sensational isn’t it. Wow I love seeing that transparency in the game compared to the bias bull**** we get shoved down our throatOriginally posted by Buzzo View PostMe, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

As stated many times the model to copy was the one which Rugby implements.
Football seems to been trying to re-invent the wheel only to end up with the Rugby model.
Out of interest what does the ref say to the player at the very end of the clip. The defender thanks the ref 'merci beaucoup' and the ref seems none to pleased judging by the players reaction to what the ref says to him
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

VAR is making refs reluctant to make decisions. It’s better for them to get overruled for missing something than to be corrected after overreacting having given something erroneously, so they avoid making controversial decisions and leave it to VAR. That’s when the clear and obvious bull**** comes in and fails to award things that should be awarded.Last edited by Kenneth; 15-08-23, 05:36 PM.Trey Nyoni: countdown to stardom-2 years1year0.5 years

Absolutely. It's made cowards of them, and the end product is worse as a result. They'd rather keep play moving and wait to be corrected, at which point the bar is much higher.Originally posted by Kenneth View PostVAR is making refs reluctant to make decisions.
