There is a related issue here that needs to be addressed from the football side of things: The fact that both the Bednarek and Soucek decisions were reviewed by Dean on the pitchside monitor and were subsequently rescinded by the FA shows that there are some serious flaws with either the system or the ability of the referee. Because clearly this shouldn't be happening, as presumably the FA are looking at the same video that Dean has been looking at on the pitchside monitor...
