Just got this in a newsletter from BetFred....

"Apparently there’s a rumour circulating that Henry will sign for Liverpool - so we’ve priced it up. You can get 33/1 that he signs during the January transfer window!"

Whilst I'm an optimist, this surely will not happen. Methinks it's a windup or simply the press twisting comments made.

Oh and DJ is right, Marky said it will happen. Surely enough evidence to prove it won't? Or will that come back to haunt me? Someone quote me in their signature pleeeeeeeeassssssssssse.

This rumour has gathered pace since Henry said a while ago in an interview that he would love to play alonside Stevie G and that he wanted the Arse fans to be more like us at Anfield in regards to atmosphere, singing, getting behind the team, etc.


Can't see it ever happening though mate, we couldn't afford him at the moment and if he was to leave Arse then the price would be astronomical.

Still we can dream I suppose

I think 33/1 kinda says its balls. If they only offered something like 7/2 or less then Id be more excited. Amrketing ploy and as more people bet on it the odds will shorten, they'll make more money and we wont get Henry.
