I thought Gudjohnsen and Hasselbank were excellent together for Chelsea, that´s not long ago. Now teams are playing one upfront frequently so it´s hard to put together a partnership.

So, a single top scorer (Henry, RVN, Drogba) is the way to go, when did we last top the scoring charts anyway? Which is what we need to do to be up amongst them, a star scorer.

yes - Bellamy's been poor all season until the last 2 games or so, and only scored 2-3 league goals and Crouch has hit 2 league goals all season. Everyone's been going on about how poor Shevchenko's been all season, yet he's still scored a similar number of league goals as Bellamy and Crouch (3) in the league.

So yes, I'd take Shevchenko over either Bellamy or Crouch. Like I said, Form is temporary and all that....

Dont think they've got enough goals in them, TBH.

I agree - but you're more likely to get them out of Kuyt than Bellamy. That's why we need 3 more strikers and probably at least one of then needs to be prolific

Bellamy and Kuyt are capable of definitely 10 and close to 15 league goals each per season.

But that's not enough. I like both of them and wouldnt wanna see them gone, but we need to add ONE goalscorer who will get definitely get 15 and close to 20 league goals.

Bellamy has 5 league goals actually

                  and Sheva has 3

you've been against Bellamy since day one, i'll continue to support him, as a fan should be doing

The last potent strike force on Liverpool were the dockers......

I stand corrected - 5 league goals. Yes - I've been against Bellamy from day 1, as I have Pennant, and I also want to get rid of anyone else who isn't good enough to play for LFC, a la Biscan, Josemi, ALT, Crouch, Pongolle etc etc..

I've stated the reasons I didn't want Bellamy, Crouch and Pennant and as far as I'm concerned nothing has changed to change that. LFC needs CLASS PLAYERS for the 1st 11 and we don't have that in key positions. Until that changes I won't be happy.

As for who I should or shouldn't support - I'll be the judge of that. As far as I'm concerned, my judgement of the said players to date has been spot on. If I turn out to be wrong, I'll say so.

I had a great afternoon with Davvy Johnson at the Reading match and he said when questioned that Kenny was the best player he`d ever played with.

He wins all the polls on LFC's greatest ever hands down and i think a lot of Celtic fans would rate him as one of their greatest ever even though they didn't see the best of him.
