I agree. It's not just about saving shots but also being active when the ball is not near.

One area of his game that has impressed me is how he has dealt with crosses. That has always been a problem even back in the days of Grobelaar. Reina makes the odd mistakes, but Rafa's decision to make Reina punch the ball out has proven to be a masterstroke in my opinion...

he's definetely proved to be one of rafa' best signings. he commands his area very well which is something our keepers in recent seasons have failed to do.

Apart from the fact that he's a great keeper, his distribution is second to none. It's vital that attacks can be initiated from the goalkeeper - Dudek just isn't good enough at getting the ball out quickly in my opinion. Hopefully Reina will build on the success of last season - I still can't believe how young he is, he could become the best goalkeeper in the World.
