but why is the article about Palleta and where he's supposedly gone wrong. Wasnt just him who had a bad game which this article lets face it wouldnt have been written had he not played or we'd won.
"What's your favourite Beatles album then?"

I remember Tim Vickery saying exactly the same thing when we were in for him on his Saturday up all night slot with Dotun Adebayo a few months ago, he's saying nothing new here.

Law of averages suggests he'll be right in some cases.

agreed, Vickerey is a good journo but the article seems to paint a picture that in 6 months Pallettas career has gone down the toilet!
He's a young kid, in a new league trying to find his feet who had a poor game (amongst many others) hardly the stuff of a broken career.

i get what vickery is saying but i wouldnt put the fork in paletta yet

that said when i watched him in argentina he seemed incredibly naive positionally, i remember one game against river figueroa took him to school. he is still learning the position and waht vickery is saying is he should have done that back in argentina before moving on to compete at a higher level. i agree with that. now in addition to settling off the pitch he still has loads to learn on it. hes a very raw talent and one we will have to develop ourselves
