I think that Blackburn game cost us. I believe we'd have had a chance of being right up there if we won that game, as we will definitely make up points on the top two. My feeling is we'll miss out on the league by about 4-5 points.

I agree totaly about the Blackburn game. I've been saying for a while that this defeat hurt us more than the others.

I know we've dropped other silly points but this was when we were on a decent run and we played them off the park for large parts of the game.

Bah the Blackburn game. Yeah it cost us, but so did all the others. We should’ve won at Chelsea for a start; Kuyt, Gerrard and Crouch all missing simple chances – Gerrard’s the easiest of the lot. There was the Bolton calamity with the Reina debacle. THAT cost us, especially given Reina committed no offence whatsoever and they duly took the lead from the free-kick. I could go on.

Picking out “which game cost us the most” is folly. They all cost us.
