    Like you said, interesting. The more I read the less I panic. But who knows how all this is going to pan out. I think it's going to be a few years before we understand fully what's happened and whether we were better or worse off for DIC's withdrawel.

      I agree 100% mate

      There's **** all we can do but trust in the new owners to do the right things and go and win No 19 sooner rather than later

      Too many folk panicking over things we have no control over IMO

        What is that saying? Never discuss sports, politics and religion? Maybe that's why I feel uncertain about the football club I support getting bought up by America's Christian right. And the politic? Well, the first sentence in that article ... "if Tom Hicks can do for Liverpool what he did for George W Bush.

          He's the owner who paid Alex Rodriguez to that $250 million deal and then a couple of years later traded him to the NY Yankees were he still pays for part of his contract.

          I really like Kraft and wish he was involved. These guys scare me.

            That article leaves a sour taste in my mouth.

            The guy sounds like a ****, a neocon **** at that, and one that put the biggest **** in history in charge of the most powerful country in the world! Using assets to invest....mmm....doesnt sound too clever to me. The American economy is gonna be screwed in a couple of years as well so where will that leave us??? ...at the whim of a couple of 'business men' whose investments have gone to **** and thus they will to sell the club (assets first) to get them out of the mire.

            I'm not impressed at all. What's with this keeping up with the Jones' mentality anyway??

                  I liked the idea of Kraft too but the thing is none of us can predict the future and as I've said in other posts the only thing we can do is put some trust in these lads and hope they do what's best for the club long and short term.
