I think this is a win-win situation, unless we want to buy him at the end of the 18 months in which we would have to pay quite a high fee by the looks of it.

What I dont understand is if everyone keeps on buying and selling the player why does he always revert to Jobaraichim or whatever the **** his name is.

They must have some weird principles of contract law and ownership where he's from because he sells the guy three times over but still owns him.

He's only selling his football registration each time though. Not actually selling his "ownership" of the player.

Edit: Although it appears in our case they (MSI/Kia) have surrendered ownership (temporarily) of Javi so there are no problems from The FA/UEFA/FIFA.

It's more like a lease than a loan.

Dont try and think of it like going to the supermarket and buying something. This is a piece of legalese shenanigans, based on the labeling of parts. From a LFC supporter stand point then to all intents and purpose we have an 18month loan costing 1.5mil and an option to buy (Speculated to be 10-17mil).

Legally, i dont know the full details, but its all a load of bollox in reality depite being alittle bit clever and simply an exercise in getting around this 3rd party ownership issues. In law you are innocent unless proven guilty, what we have created is a paper trail which ticks enough boxes at FA HQ for them to decide that the player is fully under LFC control during the period where his registration is with us. Which is the clause not 3rd party ownership per se.
